At Matt the Thresher we specialise in the freshest wild Irish seafood.
Dublin is a wonderful seaside town and each morning we take delivery of a wide range of the freshest fish available, not only from the local Dublin harbours but from harbours around our island. Along with our à la carte menus we have our fresh seafood boards to choose from. We normally have five or six different fresh fish on each day and the boards are changed twice a day.
